Media Accreditation
Local journalists wishing to cover the Meeting must be accredited by the host Taskforce (communications unit), in consultation with the Communications Division at the Secretariat. International journalists are accredited directly by the Commonwealth Secretariat.
Please note that applying for accreditation does NOT guarantee accreditation, accreditation is discretionary and you will receive an email to confirm when your accreditation has been approved.
Only accredited media will be given access to the media centre and be allowed to apply for media pools.
The last day to apply for media accreditation is 17th November 2022
Media Pools
Although the CLMM is a closed meeting, a media pool of 15 journalists has an opportunity to take photos and videos of the opening remarks of the meeting (first 10 minutes). The media pool for the opening ceremony of the CLMM will be managed by the Commonwealth Secretariat.
To apply for the media pool please send an email to media@commonwealth.int. Please note that applying for the media pool does NOT guarantee a place. Only accredited media will be given access to the media centre and be allowed to apply for media pools.
